Comments

The comments module is a great way to get feedback from your past customers. Any feedback received is displayed on your testimonials page.

By default, comments posted by visitors must be approved before they are published. This is a good strategy to prevent unwanted spam and inappropriate content from appearing on your website.

To review the comments submitted by visitors go to 'Modules' > 'Comments'.

  1. Use the comments interface like an advanced search to see a specific set of comments. For example, you can view all of the comments posted within a specified duration of time. After setting the search parameters, click 'Apply Filters' to see the list of comments.

  2. Alternatively, you can select 'Pending' from the Status field to see any comments waiting to be published.

  3. Click on the 'Edit' to edit or perhaps shorten the comment or correct any errors and then click 'update' to save.

  4. To approve a comment select 'Approved' from the drop down menu under Pending.
